Designed for children from ages 3-6 years old, this high-energy fitness class makes exercise fun! Activities include exercise games, sports, dance, and obstacle courses along with music and movement to get your child moving and engaged. With a focus on fun and constant movement, these 30-45 minute sessions are taught by experienced teachers trained to work with this specific age group to provide the best all-around fitness experience for the young athletes. Curriculum differs week to week to keep classes new and exciting.
